All bidders and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. Employees of the 24th Drug Task Force may NOT bid on or purchase items offered for auction on this site.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” The 24th Drug Task Force (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are seized or used surplus property and may contain defects not immediately detectable. 24th Drug Task Force has limited knowledge of most items offered at auction. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated. INSPECTION BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!!!!! Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the End of Auction Invoice email. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency or Certified Cashiers Check. Checks shall be made payable to: 24th Drug Task Force. Payments shall be received by mail before pickup or at the time of pickup. No property will be release until payment in full. If payment is mailed to the 24th DTF, please place the Item Description with the form of payment.

Removal: All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of issuance of the End of Auction Invoice email. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under NO circumstances will the 24th Drug Task Force, TN assumes responsibility for storage, packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:30pm CT, Mondayday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days.
